What is your return policy?

If you need to receive a credit for your item please return to us within 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What is your shipping policy?

You may return your product to our storefront if you’re in the local area. Otherwise to return your product, you should mail your product to: Spiritual Origins, 307 3rd Street, Suite 201, Huntington Beach CA 92648 Depending on where you live, the time it may take time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping items over $75 back to us, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your item. We use USPS First Class and Priority mail for the majority of our shipping which is free when you spend over $50. Should you wish to order faster or a guaranteed option we use UPS or USPS 2 day to get to you quicker at an additional charge unless your total order value is over $100 in which case we will waive the shipping fee.
